Course Overview
Both our Art & Drawing courses provide a supportive and productive environment for students of all levels and abilities. The courses will have a reduced number of students in each class to give the teacher the opportunity to engage with each student when necessary. Beginners Start Date Tuesday 18th January Beginners are introduced to basic art and drawing techniques while those wishing to improve or learn new skills are encouraged to work at their own pace and explore a wide range of media, including pencil, charcoal, pastel, acrylics and oil paint. Advanced Start date Monday 17th January For the more technically advanced, Monday nights class provides students the opportunity to explore their personal interests as well as honing their skills. Additional Information Students at all levels are expected to provide their own materials. Details will be provided by your tutor prior to the course commencing and as you proceed through your course. * This course will have the option to go online if Covid restrictions prevent it from going ahead. Tutor Details Beginners: Tanya O'Keefe Advanced: Eimear Tynan Eimear has a degree in Fine Art and hDip in Art Education. She has taught drawing and painting to adults for over 10 years. She has participated in many group and solo exhibitions as a Visual Artist since 2011, including Rua Red, Easter Snow Gallery, Talbot Studios, The Mart Gallery, Nottingham Contemporary, The Market Studios and The Linenhall Arts Centre. |
