This workshop will take you through the basic skills and show that making your own is not as daunting as it sounds. You will use a variety of flours, including gluten-free alternatives to the commonly used wheat flour.
Frank is a qualified chef with many year’s experience in the catering industry. He specialises in food appreciation, cooking techniques and cooking demonstrations. He is currently teaching children and teenagers techniques and food appreciation, and is passionate about promoting home cooked foods as an alternative to highly processed commercially available products.
