Moong Dal (Lentil Curry) A winning recipe for lentil curry (Moong Dal. This lentil curry is an excellent source of protein for vegetarians and vegans.
Aloo Gobi (Cauliflower & Potato Curry) – Aloo Gobi Indian and Nepali cuisine dish made with potatoes, cauliflower, and Indian spices
Chicken and Chickpea Biryani -This Quick and easy Chicken Biryani is wholesome with plump chickpeas cooked in caramelized onions and spices over fragrant basmati rice.
Butter Chicken Recipe - The Classic Indian Chicken Gravy- It melts in your mouth; it tastes so buttery. Serve with naan and rice for a delicious spicy dinner.
Lamb Curry-Easy lamb curry is an aromatic mix of fresh ginger, spices and coconut milk. Use cheaper neck fillets and slow cook them to perfection.
Over the 2 hours you will also make some sides dishes
Naan bread- Simple naan breads, flavoured with garlic and fresh coriander, are quick and easy to make.
Chapati breads - A simple but delicious recipe for Indian flatbread. Serve with Indian curry, main dishes
