Course Overview 

Beginners (2 hours) - Monday 19:00 - 21:00

This class is ideal for those who want to learn basic Spanish for holidaying in Spain and the Canary Islands. The emphasis is on vocabulary rather than grammar, and the aim is that by the end of the course you have enough Spanish to carry out basic conversations while on your holidays. 

Advanced (1.5 hours) - Tuesday 20:00 - 21:30

This class is designed for learners who already communicate comfortably in Spanish and want to bring their fluency, accuracy, and confidence to the next level. The focus is on enriching vocabulary, mastering complex grammar structures, and developing a more natural, nuanced speaking style. Through discussions, debates, and real-world scenarios, students will refine their ability to express ideas clearly, understand authentic spoken Spanish, and engage in more sophisticated conversations. By the end of the 10-week course, you’ll be able to communicate with greater ease, precision, and cultural awareness in a wide range of situations.

Intermediate (1.5 hours) - Tuesday 18:30 - 20:00

This class is ideal for those who have completed an improvers course or already have a solid grasp of basic Spanish. The focus is on expanding vocabulary, improving fluency, and deepening your understanding of grammar in a practical, spoken context. You'll develop the confidence to hold more detailed conversations, express opinions, and understand a wider range of everyday topics. By the end of the 10-week course, students will be able to communicate more naturally and effectively in a variety of real-life situations.

​​Improvers (2 hours) - Wednesday 19:00 - 21:00

This class is a perfect follow on to the Spanish for Beginners course, or for those who already know some Spanish. The emphasis is again placed on vocabulary and basic grammar, and students are expected to improve their spoken rather than their written grammar. By the end of the 10-week course, students will be more confident in engaging in conversations in Spanish.
