Course Overview Start date Monday 17th January

This course is suitable for beginners as well as more advanced flower arrangers. During this course, participants will learn all the skills, techniques, trends and secrets of the floristry industry. A range of styles, from traditional and classical to contemporary, will be covered and students will learn about different flowers and how to care for them. They will learn how to confidently create hand tied bouquets, table centres, pedestal arrangements, wedding and bridal floristry, corporate and event work as well as Christmas wreaths and garlands (Autumn Term) and spring arrangements (Spring Term). The classes will be a combination of demonstrations and practical workshops. 


Additional Information
This course will be postponed / refunded if government restrictions prevent the course from going ahead.

Students will be asked to bring their own flowers and the tutor will advise what is required for each class. Oasis is supplied.  The class is small to allow for lots of individual attention.

Tutor Details 
Helena Morrissey has a wealth of experience in the floristry business. She has over 40 years’ experience in the industry .Helena is very enthusiastic about flower arranging and enjoys passing on her knowledge
