Course Overview Start date Monday 17th January 

This course gives everyone the chance to improve their culinary skills and add to their repertoire of favourite meals.  The recipes are easy to follow and all ingredients can be purchased in your local supermarket.    Students will be required to bring a container to take home there finished  meal and a tea towel.  Below are examples of what you might cook:
1. Chicken Cacciatore
2. Chilli Chicken Burger/Prawn Broth
3. Chowder/Fish Wrap
4. Aubergine Curry/Plain Naan Bread
5. Creamy Sausage and Rocket Linguine/Bangers & Mash
6. Spanish Chicken Traybake/Spicy Chorizo Fusilli
7. Beef Rendang/Crab & Coriander Cakes
8. Normandy Pork & Apples
9. Pasta Bake
10. Soda Bread/Leek & Potato Soup
11. Classic Bolognese/Apple Crumble 
12. Lemony Chicken Pasta/Chicken Kebab & Lemon Dip 

Additional Information 
Participants will bring their own ingredients  They must also bring a container to bring their cook meal home and a tea towel.  . Recipes will be sent in advance. 

Tutor Details
Frank Guinevan is a qualified chef with many year’s experience in the catering industry. He specialises in food appreciation, cooking techniques and cooking demonstrations. He is currently teaching children and teenagers techniques and food appreciation, and is passionate about promoting home cooked foods as an alternative to highly processed commercially available products
