Cupcake Decoration Workshop

Tutor details: Lisette Ui Laighin  

The theme for the workshop will be Mothers Day. Students will learn the skills of: 

- Buttercreaming using different nozzles.

- Creating textured fondant discs and flowers for decoration. 

- How to lustre and paint inscriptions.

Students will be required to bring 12 cupcakes with them. 

All the equipment, the buttercream, fondant and boxes will be provided.

Final details will be given closer to the workshop date.
