Course Overview 

Bridge is by far the greatest card game of all, and it can provide immense challenge and enjoyment for the rest of your life. Bridge is a great way to develop and retain memory, tactical, probability and communication skills, and is a great social activity.

Bridge is a trick-taking game, using a standard 52-card deck of cards. It is somewhat similar to 25, 30 or 35, but involves an additional auction or bidding phase and requires a greater level of skill than most other card games. It is played by four players in two competing teams, and is practiced by millions worldwide in clubs, tournaments, online and at home with friends.

This class is for people who are new to bridge. In this course, you will learn the fundamentals of the world’s most popular card game, taking you from absolute beginner to confident player. You will master trick-taking mechanics, card scoring, and the essential "bidding language" used to communicate with your partner.
