Course Overview
This ten-week course is designed for anyone who has a story to tell and wants to tell it as well as possible.
Suitable for both beginners and more experienced writers, the emphasis throughout will be on encouraging self-confident and accurate writing in your own distinctive voice. The course will cover all the main genres of life-writing and take a peek too at the avant-garde practice of autofiction, and at life writing for podcast.
Tutor Details: Dave Lordan
Dave Lordan is a remowned Irish poet, essayist, fiction writer and editor. He is the author of several acclaimed books of poetry and prose published by both mainstream and independent presses, and his work has been widely anthologised in Ireland and internationally. As well as publishing his own work, he has extensive experience of every stage of the publishing process, including editing, anthologising, manuscript development and independent publishing.
