Course Overview
This 10-week course, delivered in two hour sessions, explores how we can more deeply engage with the natural world to support and improve our health and wellbeing. It combines insights from the science of nature and healing with inspirational stories, practical tools, and group discussion to create a rich and supportive learning experience.
The course gently guides participants from an initial sensory awareness of nature towards a deeper emotional connection, encouraging personal reflection and introducing simple, practical ways to support everyday wellbeing.
Through a range of nature and flower-based themes, including smell, soil, colour, rose, dandelion, spring, water, herbs, and taste, participants will be supported to deepen their awareness, strengthen their connection with nature, and enhance their overall sense of wellbeing.
