Course Overview
During this six week course you will learn how to create Indian themed dishes, from scratch. As well as discussing what it takes to makes an authentic Indian dish and the different adaptations that are available, to suit your needs.

Confidently create new dishes on your own.
Learn the secrets of spices and techniques such as tempering and browning, and many more
You will cook a mixture of vegetarian and mixed meats dishes over the course.
Over the 2 hours you will also make some sides dishes:
Naan bread- Simple naan breads, flavoured with garlic and fresh coriander, are quick and easy to make.
Chapati breads - A simple but delicious recipe for Indian flatbread. Serve with Indian curry, main dishes

You will be sent a list of ingredients you will need in advance of the course starting.
Please note ** Monday 3rd February is a bank holiday. This class will take place on Thursday 6th February instead.

Mindi is CEO of Mama Nagi’s, and regular guest chef on Ireland AM is already too acquainted with appearing on screens across the country as she shares her most guarded family recipes with audiences at home.
